The Dekker TITAN is a product we’re happy to provide. These liquid ring vacuum pumps are single-stage, high-efficiency, and capable of vacuum levels up to 29″ HgV. The discharge port of these pumps is adjustable. As a result, it may automatically adjust to the pump’s internal compression ratio. As a result, throughout the vacuum range, maximum efficiency is achieved.
You’ll get excellent volumetric efficiency because of Dekker’s sophisticated fluid dynamics, and you’ll save 50% on seal-liquid.
Two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps with maximum efficiency are also available from DEKKER. Pumping saturated vapors at vacuum levels ranging from 25″ to 29″ HgV, these units are extremely efficient. When pumping mixtures of air and condensable vapors above 25″ HgV, two-stage pumps will work more efficiently than single-stage pumps.
There are no internal bearings; instead, grease-lubricated bearings are situated outside the pumping chamber. Because contaminated lubricants have an adverse effect on the life of bearings and internal pump parts, this is a significant advantage over oil-lubricated vacuum pumps with internal bearings.
